Sandana Yoga is founded on the belief that yoga is a state, not a practice.
A state of presence, awareness of our true essence at home in the here and now. An essence that is inherently joyful, blissful and playful, grounded in our true nature of unconditional and uninterrupted joy. This is where we all started, and the offer of its potential remains inside each of us. We have discovered in our own lives, the practices that bring us closer to our essence. Practices that day after day, bring our awareness back to here and now, and help us to rediscover the innate joyfulness and playfulness that can be found in presence. These practices have changed our lives.
